Very Good

Loved the spaciousness of the room and the bathroom. VERY central, in walking distance to all sight seeings.

Had small little bugs in the room which was a bit unpleasant, but I did let the reception know to fumigate when I left.

We abaolutely loved this hotel, we stayed at more expensive places but this was our clear favorite!

This hotel is a precious piece of the original Ubud. If you are hankering after that real traditional feel this aging beauty hits the spot!.

It does need some money put into the upkeep, little things like sinks drainjng properly and tiles replacing.

The garden was Lovely really like a resort

When we reached the bathroom was leaking the next room also the bathroom was leaking,when we complained the staff said they couldn't help as the owner doesn't take interest Going for breakfast was very uncomfortable as we were all senior citizens

Good location, good pool. Bad bathroom, bad WiFi.

The location, the pool and the jungle vibes.

The air con was on but could not change any settings so the room was freezing. There were no taps so you couldn’t have a bath, the plug was broke and the bathroom was very dated. It smelt like stale wee all the time as if you’re in a public toilet. The WiFi was not great. One time we asked for toilet roll and had to ask three times throughout the day because the staff never brought some, we ended up stealing some out of the public communal bathroom.

The gardens were beautiful. The location. The amazing restaurants just a short walk from the resort.

Our villa doors were a little confusing they locked but you could push them and enter through the gap. This was a little frustrating but we made do. Not the best security!

The staff were lovely. The breakfast nice. A breakfast box was provided when we had an early start. Lovely gardens.

The very steep paths leading to the pool and breakfast restaurant. No handrails to hang onto where there were steep steps. Hard for older people.

Everything was lovely. Breakfast was buffet (no ordering of how you want your eggs etc) Room was beautiful spacious bathroom was huge.

Had a pool room in which you needed to be a mountain goat to get to your room & pool (pool freezing cold, so waist of money)

A beautiful resort.

A beautiful resort. Spacious room and bathroom. Quite and great location.

Towels smell bad and internet was not good at all. The walking distance from room to the reception was way too far.

I will never go back to that hotel they should not call it resort

I have been there for 6 night they have never changed my blanket one yellow mark it was there in the edge of the blanket since day one they change only sheets and i doubt also and towels even towels are old and sometimes smelly.the breakfast is poor and very limited

We loved the Balinese tropical forest vibe and the staff were lovely!!

The hotel gardens were kept so tidy. The staff were so friendly and kind!!

Our first room did not have a working air conditioner and it smelt a little mouldy, however after telling reception, they moved our room within an hour.

Once is enough at this hotel.

The spa and spa staff were excellent. Breakfast was fine - need to ask for certain things but waiting staff happy to oblige. The location - main street is buzzing. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and well maintained by friendly staff.

Staff very helpful - helped themselves to items left in the room, anything left on the balcony and in the bathroom!! The distance from the main reception area - at the back is open to anyone to enter.

Amazing grounds.

Amazing grounds. Beautiful gardens. The property is huge so it feels secluded. Two available pools. Location of the resort is amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were given a room on the back end of the resort. We didn’t like it at first but there’s a buggy available for use until 11pm (8/10 availability). The back already opens to Bisma road. Breakfast is good but choices doesn’t change.

The bed has a weird firmness. Tub has a weird structure so the water floods when you take a shower. There’s a minor renovation during out stay.

Overall an enjoyable stay with friendly staff.

Location excellent for strolling around Ubud, access to restaurants, some night life and The Monkey Forest should you wish. Good size pool also.

They have changed breakfast from being served to a buffet and whilst the food was good it was never kept hot enough ...at least for us as we like our breakfast hot.

Pertiwi Resort

it is a good hotel between Monkey Forest and Ubud Palace.Good location.There were 2 pools.The rooms were good but need to refurnished,especially bathrooms.

I needed drinking water one night at 10PM but the recepcionist refused to give water and told me to buy from any shop outside the hotel.

Convenient and adequate with no bells and whistles. I probably wouldn't stay for more than a night.

A very, very nice place to spend some time for quite a reasonable price. Quite close to everything

The staff were excellent and the whole experience was quite good

A very long walk to the rooms from check in, there was a golf buggy service that could be availed of but required waiting

Was here for a yoga retreat.

Was here for a yoga retreat. Superb resort in a superb location. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to be nice.

It was a little bit confusing knowing which Pertiwi to stay in. If I stayed again I would stay in Pertiwi Bisma 2, which seems a lot nicer for a similar price.
